In 2019, 504 Power implemented the Subproject: Renovating and developing Binh Dinh Distribution Power Grid, under the Project: Development of the second transmission and distribution grid (PSL3) with a loan from the Cooperation Agency. Japan International (JICA) for Investor – Central Rural Electricity Project Management Board.
The scope of work includes:
- Construction survey consultancy.
- Construction drawing design and cost estimation.

504 Power was awarded by the Investor - Central Power Grid Project Management Board with the Package of Construction Survey, Preparation of Technical Report and Design - Estimation, under the project of 110kV An Don Substation Power Up.
Scope of work:
Construction survey consulting.

110kV Tay Son Substation and Connection
504 Power implemented the 110kV Tay Son Substation and Connection project for the Central Rural Power Project Management Board in 2018 in Binh Dinh province with the following scope of work:
- Construction survey consulting
- Making construction investment feasibility study report
– Environmental profile making
- Designing construction works
110kV VSIP station and connection
504 Power has implemented the Bidding Package: Construction survey, preparation of technical reports and design - cost estimation, under the "110kV VSIP station and connection" project.
Scope of work includes:
- Construction survey consulting
- Prepare feasibility study report and design - estimate
Increase capacity of 110kV An Don substation
504 Power has been awarded the Package by the Investor - Central Power Grid Project Management Unit for the construction survey, preparation of technical reports and design - estimate, under the "Increase capacity of 110kV An Don substation" project.

Connecting 110kV after 220kV Lao Bao substation
From 2017 to 2020, 504 Power implemented the "Connecting 110kV after 220kV Lao Bao substation" project in Quang Tri province for the Investor - Central Power Grid Project Management Board with the scope of work including:
- Construction consulting and construction survey
- Preparing construction investment feasibility study report
- Making estimates in the design.
